1.What new project was introduced today?
(We will be designing and building leprechaun traps. We read the story, How to Trap a Leprechaun by Sue Fliess. We will be building these on Friday of this week, March 16th. The kids will be using materials found in our supply closet here at school to create with, but they are more than welcome to bring in supplies from home if they wish. Ex: shoe box, oatmeal canister, etc.)

2. Tell me about the "Kids Cooking Challenge: Healthy Snacks Edition" you participated in today during multi-age time. (See photos below. I only have photos of half of our class and half of Mrs. Wargula's. The other half of the classes were with Mrs. Wargula.)
Pizza Helpers March 16-17, 2018
We are in need of parent helpers to make pizzas for our fundraiser! If you are able to and would like to help out, please let me know. The teachers are signed up but we still have some slots to fill. (See below for the times and descriptions.)
**All of these jobs will take place in the cafetorium at Journey Charter School.
Friday Unloaders 1:00pm-2:00pm (Unload supplies from Knaus Truck and put into coolers/freezers) Also set up the room, count out the pizza cardboards for each kind.
Early shift 7:00am-12:00pm (Count pepperonis, Open up sauce cans and get the cheese and toppings on the table so when people arrive we can begin right away, make pizzas)
Pizza Making Shift 8:00am-12pm (Make pizzas on assembly line starting promptly at 8:00am/clean up). Need people on sauce, cheese, meat, heat stations. We also need 2 runners for supplies and 2 for carrying pizzas from meat people to heat stations.)
Clean up Crew 11:00am-2:00pm (Clean up from pizza making, get orders ready and organized for pick ups)
Pick-Up Crew 1:45pm-4:00pm (keep track of and verify orders, grab orders for people picking up)
